The site is less than 500 meters from the STAR Tollway to the west. The STAR tollway is the continuation of SLEX from Manila. Camella Malvar is less than 300 meters from LIMA Technology Center to the east, along San Andres Road. This technology center is a 984-hectare industrial park with 124 locators spanning the town of Malvar and Lipa City.

The municipality of Malvar is just 37 kilometers from Batangas City and 68 kilometers from Manila. The town is bounded on the east by Santo Tomas City, to the north by Tanauan City, Lipa City to the south, and Balete, Batangas, to the west. Malvar is now part of the con-urbanization of Manila extending up to Lipa City. Camella Malvar is accessible from Manila via SLEX through Calamba Exit and the Pan-Philippine Highway (Maharlika Highway) straight through Pres. J.P. Laurel Highway to San Andres Road. Another route is from SLEX via STAR Tollway exiting Montecer St. and going through San Andres Road. The town overlooks the scenic spots of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano to the west. Tagaytagy City is a mere 45-minute travel from Camella Malvar.
